U.S.
2026
No brand can push its whole catalog at once in a new market. The products that break through are the ones that match what U.S. shoppers are already looking for, and say it in one second.
The Challenge
Brands bring their entire catalog to a new market and give every line equal attention. Budget and content get spread thin, nothing stands out, and even strong premium products get scrolled past.
Our Approach
We choose the lines before the listing. We review the full catalog against current U.S. trends, search behavior, and early sales signals, then select lines that each open the door to a different group of shoppers. Within them, we find the hero product and give it the strongest listing, the sharpest message, and the full content focus.
In Practice
For a Swiss premium skincare brand with 12+ product lines, we selected three lines to launch on TikTok Shop, each chosen to bring in a different customer: different skin needs, different reasons to buy. More entry points meant a wider pool of shoppers, each finding the product made for them. Within those lines, we found the hero: a rich cream matched to the slugging trend and positioned as "slugging, but wearable," turning a premium product into something shoppers were already searching for. The first posts drew views right away, an early signal that the right message can make a premium product stand out.
