A. No. Once you sign off to confirm the project, or once the sample is approved and the PO (Purchase Order) and deposit are completed, production preparation and contracts begin immediately — at that point, cancellation and refunds are not possible.

• A sign-off is not just an agreement; it is considered a firm confirmation to start production.

• You may stop before the sample approval stage, but any costs incurred (sample and preparation fees) will be charged.

• After production begins, change or cancellation requests may result in additional costs and schedule delays, and can only be accommodated within limited scope.

• Deposits and all expenses already incurred (materials, factory scheduling, labor, etc.) are non-refundable.
