CHOICEBY provides brand support, vendor connections, and production management services.

You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit (e.g., project details, files, payments).

To access certain services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

All fees, deposits, and balances must be paid according to the project agreement.

Failure to pay on time may result in project delays or termination.

CHOICEBY acts as a bridge between creators and vendors.

We are not responsible for delays, defects, or disputes directly caused by third-party vendors.

However, we take steps to ensure vendors are vetted and projects are managed transparently.

You retain rights to your brand, designs, and content submitted through CHOICEBY.

By using our services, you grant us limited rights to use submitted materials solely for project execution and marketing (with your consent).

CHOICEBY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our liability for direct damages will not exceed the total fees paid to CHOICEBY for the specific project.

You may stop using our services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA.

Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located in Los Angeles County, CA.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted here with a new “Effective Date.”

All payments made to CHOICEBY are non-refundable.
Once a project is signed off, or a sample is approved and a purchase order/deposit is issued, the order becomes non-cancelable and non-refundable. Any post-approval changes may result in additional costs and schedule delays.
